As to your question, no Armoury is not gone (Damn!!) and I think you need to restart your computer to open it. ![]() Sorry I got a litte off and started ranting about my experience. I just hate Asus’s software quality and I am returning that mouse just for this software issue. ![]() And if I just disconnect my mouse for once and then reconnect it, same errors all over again. Is there an official way to download older versions so i can test if the problem goes. To my knowledge this laptop has speed boost only when is necessary. WTF? Second, if somehow I have managed to program the mouse buttons, they just won’t work if Armoury is closed. Armoury Crate is showing cpu frequency at 3+ ghz when stock frequency is 2.7 ghz and fans RPM 3200, but the don't seem to be spinning high. And now that they are syncing, I can’t use Armoury. And then you know what happens after I restart my laptop? The laptop and mouse start syncing again even if I turned that sync off before restarting. I have to restart my laptop to make it work. It would get me to User Access Control where I have to choose Yes for it to run but after that there is nothing. Why? Why can’t I sync my laptop and mouse (both from ROG) together? Ok if they don’t like them synced, fine I won’t sync them but then why I cannot use Armoury to program my $150 mouse? First of, Armoury won’t open after that error, no matter how many times I open it. I get the same error that my peripherals need to be “unsynched” to be able to use Armoury II. They have the worst UI and half of the time they don’t do what they are supposed to do. They both are still installed on my laptop and they both suck. ![]()
